Tracy has been in the legal field for over eight years with many of those years working in the area of family law.  She is familiar with family law procedures and forms.  Tracy is a tireless worker who spends countless hours, along with our attorneys, supporting our clients and fighting for their rights

Certified Paralegal - Lyn Barber

Lyn is our resident expert on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), which are Orders that divide retirement benefits after legal separation or divorce. We are one of only a handful of firms in Northern California that completes most QDROs in-house. Lyn also works directly with our clients to fulfill disclosure requirements, and to aid in the discovery process when necessary. Lyn also is available to counsel clients regarding Family Law Mediation at the courthouse, and knows the ins and outs of the family law field.

Receptionist - Kim Poyadue
Kim works at our front desk here at the Whatley Law Firm. She is always there to offer kind words and a smile to anyone who walks in the door. Kim walks the two blocks to the courthouse on a daily basis, saving our clients the time and expense of filing their documents themselves (or paying a courier to do so).

Goodwill Ambassador - Izzy
Izzy, born in 2007, is the office Chihuahua. She is always available for petting and tail-wagging. She also freely distributes her goodwill to clients and other attorneys, if they are willing.
