We are the Contra Costa County family law firm that considers your best interests first.

At Whatley Law, we pride ourselves on providing excellent legal advice and representation to help our clients resolve their family law issues promptly. Founded by Anne M. Whatley in 1998, our old brick and mortar office was conveniently located just two blocks from the Contra Costa County Superior Court in downtown Martinez. Since COVID, we have moved out of this office and are now serving our clients remotely.
